Painting contains water from the Middle Fork of the Salmon River

this piece was painted on july 23 2005 from the deck of a sweep boat at the upper marble camp around mile 32 on the middle fork of the salmon river in central idaho. the view is facing downstream looking towards the mouth of marble creek. the infamous jumping cliffs are seen in the foreground hovering over the still green waters above marble creek rapid.

this is a giclee from a limited edition of 36 (the age of the artist)
