This piece was painted in June of 2005 from the deck of a sweep boat at mile 84 on the Middle fork of the Salmon river in central Idaho. The view is facing east looking at the mouth of Ship Island creek across the Middle Fork. Ship Island creek is a tributary starting in the Bighorn Crags flowing down through one of the tightest and steepest side canyons in the Impassable Canyon. This painting contains the water of the Middle Fork. Two limited editions of 36, the age of the artist at time of painting. ONLY available as a 40 x 28 museum wrap giclee.
